Beni has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in the high-tech industry, with a proven track record of innovation, integrated with go-to-market planning and creative execution to achieve strategic goals. Beni was previously the founder and CEO of Ingeneo Technologies, a global leader in personalization and real time recommendation which was acquired by SAP in 2007. After the acquisition, he led the CRM Analytics domain as a Global Vice President at SAP for six years, at which point he co-founded ciValue. Prior to Ingeneo, Beni served as a business development executive at Raphael Development Corporation and VP R&D of Combact Diagnostics.
Co-founder, R&D & Delivery
Gilad is responsible for the company’s R&D and Professional Services. Prior to co-founding ciValue, Gilad held the position of VP R&D and Professional Services in leading technology companies such as at Starhome and Wiztec Solutions. In 2004, Wiztech was acquired by Convergys and for the following 10 years, Gilad served as Global VP at Convergys, in various high-profile R&D executive positions. Gilad holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science with honors from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA magna cum laude from the Open University in Israel.
Co-Founder, Chief Science Officer
Tzachi has extensive experience in developing academic and industrial big-data analysis tools. Prior to co-founding ciValue, he was CTO of Ingeneo Technologies, where he designed and developed innovative personalization and self-learning recommendation algorithms. He has published multiple papers on self-learning and data-mining topics and is an active lecturer in the academy on related topics. Tzachi has developed ciValue’s unique, multi-dimensional consumer profiling technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.

Joel is an experienced leader who has held a wide range of executive roles in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. At Loblaw Companies in Canada, he was part of the core team that designed, launched and operated PC Plus, one of the world’s first fully personalized digital rewards programs. He has also consulted with retailers around the globe who are making the leap from traditional mass marketing to personalized promotions, helping them leverage customer data and personalization to reduce costs, drive sales and delight customers.
VP Customer Success
Sagit has over 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, business development, and management, and is one of the leading experts in market research, consumer insights, and advanced data analytics. As the CEO of Nielsen Israel, she was responsible for introducing to the Israeli market many of Nielsen’s new and advanced analytics tools, and mentored Nielsen employees and clients to use them. Sagit holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
GM Southern Europe
Alexandre is a seasoned sales and general management leader with 20+ years of experience in customer and digital marketing, with a primary focus on sales, business development, and people/team growth. Starting his career in the IT & Publishing industries, Alexandre spent 11 years at Catalina, where he has led the manufacturer’s sales team in France and Italy, and prior to that, overseen expanding retail partnerships in France. Until recently, Alexandre was MD Southern Europe for Webloyalty, which he has grown in France and subsequently expanded in Italy and Spain.
GM North America
Laurence has over 25 years of international executive experience working with key retailers and consumer products manufacturers. Prior to joining ciValue Laurence was Global Head Retail for GfK based Nuremberg. He held a similar position at Nielsen as SVP Global Retail Services during his 18-year career with the firm. He is an expert in market research, consumer insights, and analytics. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Southern California.

Steve is a retail & FMCG industry expert in customer loyalty, crm, shopper marketing and data analytics. After stints with P&G, Pepsico and Barilla in sales, marketing and general management positions, he joined dunnhumby in 2000 and became Managing Director UK & Ireland and a director of dunnhumby USA. In 2006, Steve joined retail analytics provider, emnos, as CEO and later became Chairman prior to its sale to Amex.
Steve now runs consulting and solutions business SG-Retail, working with major retailers and consumer service businesses. An experienced senior adviser and Non Executive Director, Steve is also a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group’s retail practice.
After 10 years in the advertising industry ( WPP group agencies) in France, David joined Catalina Marketing the leader of personalized digital media powered by the largest database of shopper purchase history in the world. Headquartered in US, David was based in Europe and oversaw the international expansion of Catalina, taking care of the Retail Value proposition and CPGs partnerships. David spent 20 years at Catalina in various executive positions. Since he left, he helped various Digital and programmatic companies to open new geographies in Europe or in US. David is focused on outcome-based marketing and Data analytics.
Steve has a vast global retail experience. Among his latest position he served in Thailand with Tesco Lotus, relaunching the Tesco brand and building and launching the Tesco Clubcard loyalty program. As General Manager of EYC (USA) Inc., leading SaaS and CRM engagements at several leading US retailers focusing on shopper loyalty and segment growth. In 2013 Steve served as CEO Aztec, eventually co-leading the sale of Aztec to IRi Inc.
Steve also act as GVP, Digital Promotions & Retail Solutions at Catalina. Today, Steve provides consulting services to retailers and marketing businesses to help improve customer experiences across the retail world.
